Awesome Crockpot Beef Sandwiches

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a recipe I got from a coworker. Always a hit and leftovers are just as good or make a great base for soup or other dishes.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 3-4 lb chuck roast
1 large onion, quartered
1/2 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Rub roast with garlic salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on high 1 hr, then reduce to low and cook 12-14 hrs.(longer is better)
Shred beef. Serve on Kaiser Rolls or bread of choice.
