Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 head of a large cabbage, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1 egg. beaten
1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack ritz crackers
1/2 cups sharp cheese, grated
Directions
Layer cabbage, onion & 1/4 cups ot the melted margarine in a casserole dish. Add a second layer of beaten egg mixed with soup and 1/4 cup of the margarine
Add a third layer of crumbled crackers mixed with the grated cheese and the rest of the margarine.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
