Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients You'll Need
1 package rice mix, such as Rice-a-Roni, cooked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can chopped water chestnuts
2 cups cooked, diced or shredded chicken
Directions
Mix and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Top with French's onions, if desired, for last 10 minutes
(I've sometimes added 1/2 cup sliced almonds to this recipe, and that's good also).
