Why I Love This Recipe

Here is a recipe that has been handed down in my family,

from George Clouse, a Revolutionary War Wheelright(gun maker). He was at Valley Forge, listed among the sick. He lived & went on to father a pack load of children.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups fresh (or 1 package frozen corn)
3 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups light cream
