Homer's Favorite Pie
Why I Love This Recipe
I found this recipe on the internet although I cannot recall on what site- my apologies to the originator. It has become my father's absolute favorite dessert. There is no one closer to Homer Simpson on this earth than my father so everyone calls him Homer- thus the name of the pie.
Ingredients You'll Need
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
tsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Ready made pie crust
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender and fold into pie crust. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with whatever you like- ex. pie filling, more cool whip, nuts, chocolate chips, fruit, etc.
DELICIOUS
