Neapolitan Bundt Cakes are a perfect bite-size way to get all the flavors of a vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry cake.
Ingredients You'll Need
cooking spray
1 box white cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup melted butter
3 egg whites
2 Tablespoons strawberry syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
For the ganache
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cake mix, water, butter, and eggs. Pour 1/3 mixture batter into prepared bundt pan.
3. Divide remaining mixture in half. Stir food coloring and strawberry extract into one half and pour over white batter in pan.
4. Stir vanilla and chocolate sauce into remaining half and pour over strawberry batter.
5. Bake until a toothpick inserted middle of cake comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
6. Let cool in pan 15 minutes before inverting onto wire rack to cool completely.
7. Meanwhile, make ganache; In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring cream to a simmer.
8. Turn off heat, then pour over chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
9. Pour ganache over cooled cake before serving.
