Questions, Comments & Reviews

this is another of my mom's fav recipies, we r from so cal but now living in nc and she is in rest home, :(
now my duaghter and i get to make stuff this year! glad she is taking cooking courses at community college!

I made it last night. Oh, my! Thank you for such a great recipe. I usually make Fantacy Fudge but now I have added this one to my regulars. Thanks again.

This is my mom's recipe (well, it's from See's, but she makes this every year) The mint flavoring is a wonderful combination and has ruined my taste for everyone else's homemade fudge. You used to be able to get mint chocolate chips, but in the 70's, they disappeared from the shelves. The mint extract was the substitution. Nestle recently re-introduced mint chips but for some reason they don't seem to work (I think they were a combo chip..??) For full proof fudge, use the extract.
