Teri's Blonde Brownies
Why I Love This Recipe
Don't know who Teri is, and I'm not sure where this recipe originated from. I ate these at a party and loved 'em!
Ingredients You'll Need
Bottom Layer:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
Top Layer:
2 eggs
4 cups powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese - softened
Directions
Mix together first three ingredients and spread in 9 X 13 glass pan.
Mix top layer ingredients together and add over bottom layer.
Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes.
Cool completely.
These should be slightly gooey (do not over cook).
