Cookbook Recipe
Spicy Noodles for Steak
This is one of Robert’s favorite sides to go with a good steak. It’s easy to make and doesn’t take many ingredients.

Cookbook Recipe
Cowboy Breakfast Skillet
This is one of our favorite breakfasts! You can adjust the jalapenos to add more heat if you want to. They lose a little heat once they're cooked.

Cookbook Recipe
Sunny's Banana Pudding
I researched all of the "best" banana pudding recipes all over the internet. They all called for instant vanilla pudding mix. Pudding mix has a very distinct taste and overshadows just about anything else it is combined with. I decided to alter Nana's chocolate pie recipe to make the base for the pudding. The result is honestly the best banana pudding I've ever had. If you are a fan of peanut butter, I encourage you to try it with the peanut butter pudding instead of the cream cheese. Both are definitely over the top!

Baked Cheese Grits
I created this recipe for a trial run for breakfast at Camp Verde. They didn't make the menu, but were a hit with everyone on the staff! This is a VERY rich dish! I would recommend it for a holiday breakfast or a brunch.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Muffins
These are so so good! You can substitute the coconut oil with regular vegetable oil with no problem. You can also reduce the brown sugar depending on how ripe and sweet the bananas are.

Cookbook Recipe
Naan
This is the easiest naan recipe I've ever found. Once cooked, it should be eaten while it's fresh. Leftovers aren't very good. The dough freezes very well. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. To thaw, place on the counter for a couple of hours or in the fridge over night. It will likely bust out of the plastic wrap as it will rise again. Dough should be at room temperature before cooking for best results.

Cookbook Recipe
Thai Peanut chicken with Coconut Pomegranate Rice
This is our favorite Thanksgiving meal! It is warm and comforting, and very simple to make. You can use either canned coconut milk or a carton of unsweetened coconut milk from the dairy section.

Cookbook Recipe
Mediterranean Roasted Chicken
This is a great make ahead meal. Assemble everything and throw it into the fridge. When you're ready to cook it, just preheat the oven and throw it in. Great for when you have a busy day and don't feel like cooking! This is also a "company worthy" meal. It's pretty and comes together pretty easily. I had a next door neighbor ask Robert what I was cooking because she could smell it when it was in the oven - it smells and tastes that good! You can also make the spice blend and marinate cubed chicken in it. Thread the chicken and sliced lemon onto skewers and grill it until the chicken is done and the lemons are charred and crispy. This is very good!

Cookbook Recipe
Honey Parmesan Pork Loin
This recipe couldn't possibly be any easier! You can assemble it the night before, then put it on to cook while you're at work. You come home to the house smelling amazing and dinner waiting on you. I have also made sandwiches out of this - it's really good with pickles on top!

Cookbook Recipe
Honey Jalapeno Chicken
This is a great marinade! It makes good tacos, of just chicken to serve with rice and black beans. I usually cut chicken into strips so that it gets more surface area in the marinade. BE SURE THAT YOUR GRILL IS WELL OILED BEFORE YOU COOK THIS!! Because of the honey, this will make a pretty good mess on the grill. The honey caramelizes and likes to coat the grill. Delicious, but can make a mess if you don't prepare.

Cookbook Recipe
CV Peach Cobbler
This was created to be served in a restaurant, and was wildly popular with the diners. I promise, the recipe works as it is supposed to. Do not mix the peaches into the batter - it will screw the recipe up. If you want to substitute fresh peaches, use 6 cups, sliced.

Thank you for your interest in Sunny331's cookbook and for helping support the BakeSpace community of independent cookbook authors!

Here’s some quick information regarding how our cookbook platform works, along with a few tips for making the most of cookbooks you add to your library.

What is the Cookbook Café Platform?

Cookbook Café is our one-of-a-kind cookbook publisher, marketplace and reader. It empowers everyone to create, market and distribute a cookbook as both a web-based eBook and an iPad app. It also makes it incredibly easy for home cooks to discover and use amazing grassroots cookbooks they won't find anywhere else. Since 2012, we've published thousands of cookbooks authored by home chefs, nonprofit organizations, clubs, brands, etc. Our goal is to democratize cookbook publishing and make it easy to build an online library of amazing grassroots cookbooks.

How do I "download" a cookbook?

You don't need to "download" cookbooks or deal with any files. All of the cookbooks you select (free and paid) using Cookbook Café become available to you automatically on any device (computer, tablet or smartphone) whenever you’re logged-in to your free BakeSpace account.

When you see a cookbook you like, simply click the green "Get it Now" button. If you're not logged in to BakeSpace, you'll be asked to login (or join) so the cookbook can be added to your cookbook library. Once in your library, you can access the cookbook anytime, anywhere via BakeSpace.com, as well as our Cookbook Café iPad app.

While you're checking out cookbooks, also take some time to visit other parts of the delicious BakeSpace.com community where you can swap recipes and connect with others who share your passion for food and the culinary lifestyle.

Get ready to enjoy a uniquely smart and social cookbook experience!

Once a cookbook is added to your BakeSpace library, our proprietary recipe indexing technology makes it easy for you to find any specific recipe across all of your cookbooks… so there's no need to remember which cookbook contains that perfect recipe. In addition, you can connect directly with each cookbook author, leave comments/reviews and even ask questions about recipe substitutions, history, etc.
